Here is a list of some 'genre' films set for release in 2004 :
Horror film "13 Dead Men", starring Mystikal and Lorenzo Lamas, currently in pre-production;
"Alien 51", starring Heidi Fleiss, is about a circus owner who captures biologically engineered alien 'offspring'. In pre-production, for an April release;
"Bewitching" is about a group of actors who restore and remodel a small haunted stage theater. Currently in post-production;
"Children of the Corn - 8" is currently in development with Miramax.
"Dracula III: Legacy", starring Jason Scott Lee, Rutger Hauer, Stephen Billington, Gary Tunnicliffe, Diane Neal, Alexandra Westcourt, Jason London and Roy Scheider. Story has Med students take a "dead" vampire from the city morgue to produce a vial of blood. A sequel to "Dracula II: Ascension". In post-production.
"Dracula 3000: Infinite Darkness" starring Erika Eleniak, Casper Van Dien, Tiny Lister Jr. and Coolio has Dracula in outer space, terrorizing the crew of a spaceship.
"Evil Unleashed: The Mummy", starring Heather Ashley,
Brian Guest and Perrine Moore features a deadly female
mummy that goes on a killing spree.
"Ginger Deadman" from Full Moon, is a horror focusing on three excecuted murderers whose remains wind up in cookie dough and they return as evil 'pastry monsters' to avenge their deaths. Currently in production.
"Hellraiser: Hellworld" starring Lance Henricksen, Kari Wuhrer, Katheryn Winnick and Henry Cavill is currently in post-production.
Universal's "Hoodrat" stars Ice-T, Isaiah Washington, Adrienne-Joi Johnson, Tami Anderson, Thomas Merdis, Guy Torry and Tara Tovarek in a sci-fi hostage thriller. In post-production;
Columbia's "Infested" stars Zach Galligan, Lisa Ann Hadley, Daniel Jenkins and Amy Jo Johnson in a horror that features carnivorous insects who eat their victims from the inside out.
"The Last Patient" stars Karen "Day Of The Locust" Black in a horror story about enrolling in a study on rage impulse
disorder, only to discover that the head of the study
has his a secret agenda for the subjects. Currently in post-production.
"Legend of the Phantom Rider", stars Denise Crosby in a supernatural western about two ancient foes reincarnated over the centuries, that stage a showdown
in a Western town.
"Prophecy 4" and "Prophecy 5" stars Kari Wuhrer and Jason Scott Lee, in this story about an ancient manuscript that predicts the coming of evil, but falls into the hands of a woman who is pursued by angels
intent on obtaining the information for themselves. Currently in production.
"The Skulls - 3" is another sequel to the film featuring a deadly college fraternity.

"Stealing Candy" from Lions Gate stars Jenya "Deathlands" Lano, Coolio and Daniel Baldwin in a story about three men who kidnap an actress and
attempt to scare her into broadcasting a sex act
online as part of a pay-per-view scam;
"Tara" from Universal, stars Isaiah Washington in a story about people forced to fight for their lives when a horde of rats invade their town. Currently in post-production.
